Just tofu and sohun. The taste is excellent. I used to order this set menu for seminars, gathering. But you need to...be carefull since it is so spicy... so if you can't handle hot spicy food make sure ask the non spicy one. If you visit to Surabaya, I recommend to try this restaurant. I could not really remember when was the last time we dined in here. Most of the time we were there, it was fairly crowded particularly on Sunday morning. The food is delicious but sometimes I get confused with the way they calculate the food price especially when we order their nasi campur without the rice. They also have several branches aside from this location but I never try the food in other branches. Bahan 500 gr daging sapi 5 buah tomat ukuran sedang, belah jadi 4 bagian 300 ml air 1 sdt asam jawa larutkan dengan 2 sdm air 2 sdt gula merah garam secukupnya Bumbu Halus 5 buah bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih 5 buah cabe merah besar buang bijinya 5 kemiri, cincang kasar 2 cm jahe, dikupas Cara Membuat Iris daging sesuai selera, cuci bersih, sisihkan. Cincang kasar semua bahan bumbu halus kemudian diblender sampai halus. Jika perlu tambahkan sedikit minyak goreng untuk mempermudah proses penghancuran. Tumis bumbu halus sampai berbau harum dan matang. Masukkan daging, masak sampai daging berubah warna dan kaku. Aduk sekali-kali. Tambahkan 300 ml air, masak dengan api sedang sampai daging benar-benar matang. Tambahkan 2 sdm air asam, gula merah dan garam sesuai selera. Terakhir tambahkan irisan tomat dan masak sampai tomat hancur dan kuah menjadi kental. NASI CAMPUR TAMBAK BAYAN Terdiri dari beberapa macam masakan yang dicampur menjadi satu, diantaranya 1. Semur Suun 2. Semur daging dan tahu 3. Pindang Telur 4. bisa divariasi dengan masakan yang lain, misalnya ayam kecap 5. Sambal bajak Mari kita kupas satu persatu 1. Semur Suun Suun di rendam dengan air dingin sampai lunak, lalu masak dengan bumbu; bawang merah dan bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan lalu ditumis, sampai harum lalu masukkan suun yang udah di rendam, tambahi kecap manis, garam, vetsin dan lada, jangan sampai terlalu lunak angkat dan sisihkan. 2. Semur Daging bawang merah dan bawang putih yang sudah di haluskan di tumis tambahkan kecap manis, gula dan garam, rebus dengan air sampai daging empuk jangan lupa tambahi merica bubuk dan pala bubuk, rebus sampai daging empuk dan airnya habis. Tahu bisa dicampurkan kedalamnya terlebih dahulu di goreng agak kecoklatan lalu rebus bersama-sama dengan daging, sampai kuah agak kering 3. Pindang Telur Kupas telur yang sudah direbus, lalu bumbui dengan bawang putih, bawang merah, lengkuas, daun salam, daun jambu batu, gula jawa, kecap manis, garam rebus sampai telur menghitam bumbu Bali 500 gr daging sapi 5 buah tomat ukuran sedang, belah jadi 4 bagian 300 ml air 1 sdt asam jawa larutkan dengan 2 sdm air 2 sdt gula merah garam secukupnya Bumbu Halus 5 buah bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih 5 buah cabe merah besar buang bijinya 5 kemiri, cincang kasar 2 cm jahe, dikupas Cara Membuat Iris daging sesuai selera, cuci bersih, sisihkan. Terakhir tambahkan irisan tomat dan masak sampai tomat hancur dan kuah menjadi kental. 250 g daging has dalam, iris tipis lebar 1 batang serai, memarkan 3 sdm kecap manis 100 ml air minyak untuk menumis Bumbu halus 3 buah cabai merah besar 2 buah cabai rawit merah 6 buah bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih 4 buah kemiri 1 cm jahe 1/2 sdt garam 1/4 sdt merica bubuk Cara Membuat 1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dan serai hingga harum. 2. Tuang air, masukkan daging, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna. 3. Tambahkan kecap manis, masak hingga bumbu meresap. 4. Angkat, sajikan.
